Who is accountable for what
Diogo
Strategy, solution design and technical delivery
He designs what should be built and builds it. He is accountable for the solution fitting how your business really works. He speaks English, Portuguese and Slovak.
Michaela
Client communication and project coordination
She is your contact during the project and looks after communication, coordination and day-to-day running. Conversations in Slovak are with her.
Who we work with
Mostly smaller businesses run by an owner or a small team, whose work is spread across a website, messages, spreadsheets and various tools. For example in health, hospitality, trades, retail and professional services.
We are based in Košice and work remotely with clients across Slovakia, in Slovak and in English.
How we think
- The problem first. We do not propose a tool before we understand what is slowing you down.
- The smallest solution that is enough. We do not make a system bigger just because it is technically possible.
- We say what we know and what we do not. What is verified, what we assume and what is still missing.
