Field notes

Evidence and lessons from real work

Field notes are records of our own work: what the problem was, what we observed, what we changed and what we learned. Each one belongs to a service we offer. There are two so far. A new one is added when real work produces it.

The notes

  1. Where enquiries were getting lost on our own website

Four specific findings, how we found them and what we changed.

Related service: Website and landing page development

  2. How we tidied our own projects into one system

What we observed, how we went about it and what we would do differently next time.

Related service: Custom business systems and automation

How to read them

  • Diagnostic. Starts from a symptom or a failure, walks through how we looked for the cause, and ends with what changed.
  • Build. Starts from an operational problem and follows the building of a better system or process.
  • What you will not find. Results in numbers we did not measure. Where we do not know, the note says so.

Write or call. A few sentences about what is slowing you down is enough. The reply comes from a person who actually works on the project.

We work in English and Slovak.
